We identify underlying problematic patterns of thinking and behaviors and through insight and understanding, you will have a choice to ultimately act in a different, healthier way. The goal of treatment is to fully realize your strengths and live a happier, more fulfilling, and more rewarding life.
I have specialized training in a wide range of issues including low mood and depression, generalized anxiety, Worry and Panic, Social anxiety, Health anxiety and Fears and Phobias. I offer individual therapy for adults. I use mainly CBT, an evidence-based approach for the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders.
